Picture Meals

Picture Meals allows you to track and visualize your daily food, nutrient, and calorie intake.

Its database with common food items is pre-populated with values from the USDA Nutritional Database. In addition, you can create custom food items and add your own pictures. You can search for food items via a combination of name, food group, and/or food subgroup.

Picture Meals helps you keep a weekly journal containing the items you eat. It shows you on a daily and weekly basis how your consumption compares with your goals.
